Ingredients

  • White Rice 3 cups
  • Tomato (diced) 1 piece
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Edamame 1/4 cup
  • Carrots (diced) 1/4 cup
  • Mushrooms (diced) 1/4 cup
  • Corn 1/4 cup
  • Chinese sausage (diced) 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a rice cooker add 3 cups of washed white rice, then cover the rice with 4 1/2 cups of water or until it reaches the number 3 on the water line.
  2. Add in 1 tsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and salt to the rice then stir.
  3. Now add in the diced tomato, diced Chinese sausage, diced mushroom, diced carrots, corn, and edamame to the rice then cook.
  4. Once the rice cooker finishes its cooking cycle stir all the ingredients together until everything is mixed well. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
