Ingredients
- White Rice 3 cups
- Tomato (diced) 1 piece
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Edamame 1/4 cup
- Carrots (diced) 1/4 cup
- Mushrooms (diced) 1/4 cup
- Corn 1/4 cup
- Chinese sausage (diced) 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a rice cooker add 3 cups of washed white rice, then cover the rice with 4 1/2 cups of water or until it reaches the number 3 on the water line.
- Add in 1 tsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and salt to the rice then stir.
- Now add in the diced tomato, diced Chinese sausage, diced mushroom, diced carrots, corn, and edamame to the rice then cook.
- Once the rice cooker finishes its cooking cycle stir all the ingredients together until everything is mixed well. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
