- Kikkoman Noodle Kit with Sauce Pad Thai 1 pack
- Canola Oil 2 tsp
- Ground Beef ¾ pound
- Snap Peas 2 cups
- Shredded Carrots 2 cups
- Green Onions ½ cup
- Peanuts 1 tsp
- Limes 1-2 wedges
Directions
- Boil noodles until they have softened and then drain.
- Heat oil in a large skillet, then cook and crumble beef until browned.
- Add snap peas, carrots, and scallions; stir until peas are vibrant.
- Mix in sauce, noodles, and half of the reserved cooking liquid then simmer until veggies are tender.
- Serve hot with peanuts and lime wedges.
