Ingredients

  • Kikkoman Noodle Kit with Sauce Pad Thai 1 pack
  • Canola Oil 2 tsp
  • Ground Beef ¾ pound
  • Snap Peas 2 cups
  • Shredded Carrots 2 cups
  • Green Onions ½ cup
  • Peanuts 1 tsp
  • Limes 1-2 wedges

Directions

  1. Boil noodles until they have softened and then drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet, then cook and crumble beef until browned.
  3. Add snap peas, carrots, and scallions; stir until peas are vibrant.
  4. Mix in sauce, noodles, and half of the reserved cooking liquid then simmer until veggies are tender.
  5. Serve hot with peanuts and lime wedges.
