Ingredients

  • Canola oil 2 tbsp
  • Shallots (diced) 1 oz
  • Eggs (beaten) 2 pieces
  • White rice 1 lbs
  • Pork Char Siu (diced) 4 oz
  • Green onion 1 oz
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Using a hot wok, stir-fry diced shallots in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  2. Next, add the beaten eggs to the wok and scramble.
  3. Mix in cooked rice, diced char siu, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  4. Cook until everything has heated through and serve.
  5. Optional Seasoning: Add Lee Kum Kee Fiery Hot Dried Shrimp Chili Oil or Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil as an to enhance the flavor.
