Ingredients

  • Shell-On Shrimp 10 oz
  • Mussels (on half shell) 8 pieces
  • Squid rings 6 oz
  • Crab sticks 4 pieces
  • Fresh scallops 6 oz
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic 3 tbsp
  • Minced millet pepper 2 tbsp
  • Green onion (for garnish) 2 tbsp
  • Lemon (for garnish) 2 slices
  • Cilantro (for garnish) 2 tbsp
  • Seasoned Soy Sauce 6 tbsp
  • Pure Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cook the seafood in separate batches in boiling water, drain each well and place onto a plate.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot and quickly stir-fry the minced garlic and millet pepper until fragrant. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked seafood.
  3. Scatter chopped scallion, lemon, and cilantro over the dish, then drizzle the seafood with seasoned soy sauce and pure sesame oil and serve.
