Ingredients
- 2 large crabs (cleaned, cut into pieces)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with water)
Directions
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 1–2 minutes.
- Add ketchup, chili sauce, and broth, then simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add crab, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with steamed buns or rice.
