Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef shank (cubed)
  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1-inch ginger (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz wheat noodles
  • Bok choy

Directions

  1. Brown beef in a pot, then add ginger and garlic.
