Ingredients

  • 8 oz wheat noodles
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Brown pork in a skillet.
  3. Add garlic, soy sauce, chili oil, and sugar, then cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix sesame paste with 2 tbsp hot water.
  5. Place noodles in a bowl.
  6. Spoon pork mixture over noodles.
  7. Garnish with green onions.
  8. Mix before eating.
