Ingredients
- 12 oz yakisoba noodles
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup sliced pork or chicken
- 3 tbsp yakisoba sauce (or Worcestershire + soy mix)
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pan.
- Cook meat until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, and onion for 3–4 minutes.
- Add noodles and cooked meat back to the pan.
- Pour in sauce and toss well.
