Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Pound chicken to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Slice and serve with rice and katsu sauce.
