Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake (or water)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Coat pieces lightly in cornstarch.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes until golden.
- Drain and serve with lemon wedges.
