Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup green onions (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar, then cook for 2 minutes.
- Add green onions and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
