Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs or thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes or grill until cooked through.
  4. Serve with naan and chutney.
