Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Warm water as needed

Directions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt and oil, then knead with water to form a soft dough.
  3. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
  4. Divide and roll into oval shapes.
  5. Cook on a hot skillet until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
