Ingredients
- 8 oz sweet potato glass noodles
- 1/2 lb beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil until cooked, then remove.
- Sauté vegetables separately until tender.
- Combine noodles, beef, and vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil, then toss well.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
