Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced pork belly (optional)
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Mix flour, water, and egg into a batter.
  2. Stir in cabbage and pork if using.
  3. Pour batter into an oiled skillet and shape into a pancake.
  4. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
