Ingredients
- Canola oil 2 tbsp
- Shallots (diced) 1 oz
- Eggs (beaten) 2 pieces
- White rice 1 lbs
- Pork Char Siu (diced) 4 oz
- Green onion 1 oz
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Directions
- Using a hot wok, stir-fry diced shallots in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
- Next, add the beaten eggs to the wok and scramble.
- Mix in cooked rice, diced char siu, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Cook until everything has heated through and serve.
