Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Thigh 4 pcs
  • Onion 1/4 pcs
  • Ginger Desire Amount
  • Honbiou Cooking Wine 1 Tbsp
  • Wan Ja Shan Mirin 1 Tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • C&H Sugar 1 Tbsp
  • Water 2 Tbsp
  • Salt Desire Amount
  • Pepper Desire Amount

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix in ginger, onion, cooking wine, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and water.
  2. Use a fork to poke through the chicken thigh. Season with salt & pepper on both sides and place inside the bowl of marinade.
  3. In a pan, add oil with medium high heat, place the chicken thigh with the skin side down first. Flip to the other side and repeat until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken to the side. Clean out the pan residue, then place the chicken thigh back in the pan, pour in the remaining marinade, and cook with medium heat until all the marinade evaporates.
