Ingredients
- 12 oz chow mein noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup sliced beef or chicken
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Boil noodles briefly and drain well.
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Cook meat until browned, then remove.
- Stir-fry onion and cabbage for 2–3 minutes.
- Add noodles and soy sauce, then toss well.
- Return meat to the pan.
- Drizzle sesame oil and top with bean sprouts.
- Cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
