Ingredients
- 8 oz wheat noodles
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 green onions
Directions
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Brown pork in a skillet.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, chili oil, and sugar, then cook for 2–3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sesame paste with 2 tbsp hot water.
- Place noodles in a bowl.
- Spoon pork mixture over noodles.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Mix before eating.
