Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous (sticky) rice
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes (sliced)

Directions

  1. Soak sticky rice for 4 hours; steam 20–25 minutes until tender.
  2. Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt until dissolved.
  3. Pour half the mixture over warm rice and let absorb for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with sliced mango and drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top.
