Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous (sticky) rice
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 ripe mangoes (sliced)
Directions
- Soak sticky rice for 4 hours; steam 20–25 minutes until tender.
- Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt until dissolved.
- Pour half the mixture over warm rice and let absorb for 10 minutes.
- Serve with sliced mango and drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top.
