Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
  2. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar, then cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add green onions and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
