Ingredients

  • 2 large crabs (cleaned, cut into pieces)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with water)

Directions

  1. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add ketchup, chili sauce, and broth, then simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Add crab, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with steamed buns or rice.
