Yakisoba

Ingredients

  • 12 oz yakisoba noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup sliced pork or chicken
  • 3 tbsp yakisoba sauce (or Worcestershire + soy mix)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan.
  2. Cook meat until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, and onion for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add noodles and cooked meat back to the pan.
  5. Pour in sauce and toss well.
